Privacy Policy
Information used by the store
When you create an account, place an order or contact us, we use the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and any GST details requested for invoicing. If you choose to share your location for delivery, we use the location provided for that purpose. Server logs may include network and browser information needed to operate and protect the website.
Why we use information
We use this information to manage accounts and carts, process and deliver orders, handle payments and refunds, issue invoices, answer requests and protect the store against misuse. We may retain transaction records for accounting, dispute handling and other applicable obligations.
Service providers
Order and contact information may be shared with payment, delivery, hosting and communication providers as needed to complete your request and operate the store. Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Review its privacy information when using that service. Links to third-party sites are subject to those sites’ policies.
Cookies and browser storage
The store uses session cookies for features such as login, cart and checkout. Blocking essential cookies may prevent these features from working. If optional advertising or analytics tools are introduced, their use and any required choices should be explained when they are introduced.
Your requests
Contact us to request access to or correction of your account information, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained to complete an order, handle a dispute or meet applicable obligations. Avoid sending passwords, payment PINs or unnecessary sensitive documents by email.
Updates
This policy may be updated when store practices change. The version displayed on this page describes the policy currently published by the store.
