Cancellation Policy
Before dispatch
Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. You may cancel before dispatch without a cancellation fee. A support request is not a confirmation of cancellation; we will confirm the order status and outcome.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, contact us for the available options. Our Returns & Refunds policy applies after delivery. Applicable consumer rights, including remedies for qualifying delivery delays, are not restricted by this policy.
If we cannot fulfil an order
If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or the delivery address is not serviceable, we will contact you. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order. We will not substitute an item or increase the agreed price without your consent.
Refund timing
We aim to initiate a refund for a confirmed prepaid cancellation within 5–7 business days. Payment-provider processing may take additional time.
