Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Pottli Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the terms below.
2. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
- Products must be returned in the same condition they were received.
⚠️ Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or operational reasons:
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products.
- Opened or used consumables (cosmetics, food, health supplements, etc.).
- Electronics without original packaging or damaged seal.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
4. Return Process

- Provide your order ID, product name, reason for return, and product photos/unboxing video (if applicable).
- Our team will verify and provide a return authorization and pickup instructions.
- Return shipping charges may apply for customer-initiated returns (excluding defective or wrong items).
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, or Razorpay wallet).
- Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
💡 Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are provided for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup and send a replacement free of charge.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 working days, check with your bank or payment provider.
