Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Seven-day return requests
Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, complete with accessories and original packaging, and any hygiene seal must remain intact. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, not as described, or delivered later than the agreed schedule, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Necessary inspection or opening of packaging does not remove your rights for a defective item. The seven-day voluntary return window does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
Return shipping costs
For a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item, we arrange return collection or reimburse a reasonable return-shipping cost agreed with us in advance. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage; the original delivery charge is not refunded. No restocking fee applies.
Refunds
After receiving and checking the returned item, we aim to initiate an approved refund within 5–7 business days. Online-payment refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery, we agree a bank-transfer or UPI refund with you. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. We do not require your card PIN, UPI PIN or OTP to issue a refund.
Replacements and warranty
Replacement depends on stock. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we offer a refund for an eligible claim. Manufacturer warranty applies only where expressly stated for the product; its period and conditions depend on the manufacturer. We do not promise a universal warranty period. Damage caused by misuse is not covered by our voluntary return policy; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
