Where we deliver
Delivery is available only to locations accepted by our PIN-code check and checkout. Cash on Delivery is limited to eligible Amritsar delivery areas. Do not assume that a product can be delivered to every location in India; check your address before paying.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery charges and any qualifying free-delivery offer are displayed at checkout before you confirm the order. For instant delivery, an area-based delivery charge may be payable separately. We will confirm that charge before dispatch; you may cancel before dispatch if you do not accept it.
Delivery estimates
Where available, the delivery checker or order confirmation shows the estimated delivery time for your location and selected service. Estimates depend on stock, order confirmation and delivery availability. If no estimate is shown, contact us before ordering. We will notify you about a material delay and help with cancellation or refund requests where applicable.
Receiving your order
Provide an accurate address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Check the package on delivery and contact us if it is damaged, incomplete or different from your order. Photos can help us investigate; an unboxing video is not a condition for seeking help.
