Order Processing
- Processing time: 24–48 business hours after successful payment verification.
- Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST process the next business day.
- Business days: Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery to select cities (subject to availability).
- Pickup Point: Collect from our main location (optional) after confirmation.

Order Tracking
- Tracking link is sent via Email & WhatsApp when your order is shipped.
- You can also check status in My Account → Orders.
- Statuses include: Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
Cash on Delivery
- COD not available right now
- Please keep exact change; courier may not carry change.
Address & Changes
- Ensure your full address, landmark, and pincode are correct.
- Need to change the address? Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Once shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.
Split Shipments
- Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages.
- You’ll receive individual tracking updates for each parcel.
Delivery Issues & Resolutions
Delayed delivery
If your order exceeds the ETA by 3+ business days, contact us with your Order ID. We’ll escalate with the courier and keep you updated.
Damaged or tampered package
Refuse delivery if the package looks tampered or severely damaged. If already accepted, share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours so we can assist quickly.
Wrong or missing item
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Returns Policy.
Failed/undeliverable attempts
If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to unavailable recipient/wrong address, the package may return to origin. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India to all major pincodes. Remote or restricted areas may have limited service or longer timelines.
International Shipping
