1) Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI, BHIM, etc.
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, AmEx (where supported).
- Net Banking: Supported major Indian banks.
- Wallets: Popular wallets available via our gateway.
- EMI: Not Available

2) Security & Compliance
- Payments are processed through leading, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and multi-factor verification where applicable (3-D Secure/OTP).
- Pottli Store does not store your full card/UPI credentials on our servers.
3) Taxes, Invoices & Pricing
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Tax/GST details appear on your order invoice emailed after successful payment.
- Prices, offers, and promotional discounts may change without prior notice.
4) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Not Available
- Please keep exact change; courier may not carry change.
5) Convenience Fees & EMI Charges
- No convenience fee for UPI/Net Banking in most cases.
- EMI transactions may attract bank interest/processing fees. The total will be shown at checkout before you pay.
6) Refunds, Reversals & Timelines
- Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method.
- Typical timelines after we process the refund:
- UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days
- Cards / Net Banking: 3–7 business days
- EMI: As per bank cycle; principal + interest adjustments handled by the issuing bank

Bank timelines are indicative; actual credit depends on your bank/payment provider.
7) Payment Failed but Amount Debited
If you were charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation within 60 minutes:
- Check your email (and spam folder) for any confirmation.
- Contact support with your payment reference/UTR and registered email/phone.
- We’ll verify with the gateway and either confirm your order or initiate a reversal.
8) Order Verification
- For high-value orders, we may perform quick verification (call/email) to prevent fraud.
- Orders suspected of misuse or policy violation may be cancelled and refunded.
9) Disputes & Chargebacks
- If you notice an unknown charge, contact us first. Most issues are resolved faster directly.
- For bank-initiated chargebacks, share required documents promptly so we can assist.
10) Saving Cards & AutoPay
- Where available, tokenized card saving is handled by the gateway per RBI guidelines.
- We do not store raw card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.
