Everything you need to know about order processing, shipping times, and delivery tracking at Pottli Store.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You’ll receive email and WhatsApp updates once your order is confirmed and shipped.

💡 Tip: Always double-check your delivery address and phone number before confirming your order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days for most pincodes across India.
  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days in select metro cities (subject to availability).
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations may require extra time.

We work with leading courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal ₹79 fee applies for orders below ₹999.
  • Express delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Updates & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
  • You can also track your order from your My Account → Orders page.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

5. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with trusted logistics providers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Our key partners include:

  • Delhivery
  • Bluedart
  • DTDC
  • India Post

6. Missed Deliveries

If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier will try again the next business day. After multiple failed attempts, the package may return to our warehouse.

⚠️ Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package looks tampered or damaged at delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel.
  • Take clear photos or videos of the packaging.
  • Contact us within 24 hours at pottlishop@gmail.com for assistance.

8. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
  • Some remote or restricted areas may have limited service or longer delivery times.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

9. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each package.
