No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and view your purchase history.

After your order is shipped, youโll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp. You can also visit My Account โ Orders to check live updates.
๐งพ Can I modify or cancel my order?

We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets โ securely processed through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for right now.
๐ช Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on selected products and serviceable pincodes. A small fee may apply for COD orders below โน1499.
๐ฐ I was charged but didnโt get an order confirmation. What should I do?
Sometimes payments may take a few minutes to reflect. If you donโt receive confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us with your payment ID or screenshot. Weโll verify and confirm your order manually.
๐ What are the shipping charges and timelines?
We offer free delivery on orders above โน999. Orders below that may have a flat โน79 charge. Delivery usually takes 2โ7 business days depending on your pincode.
๐ Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver across India only. International shipping is not yet available.
๐ What is your return policy?

Yes, defective or incorrect products are eligible for free replacement. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.
